You can access, correct, export, or request deletion of your data at any time. We respond to all privacy requests within 30 days.

Information we collect

We gather only the details required to deliver and improve the Nivyasa experience, including account information, usage insights, and customer support records.

  • Account data such as name, email, company, role, and billing information.
  • Usage analytics that help us optimize product performance and roadmap.
  • Communications from email, chat, webinars, and support conversations.
  • Optional integrations with LinkedIn or CRM tools are authorized by you and can be revoked at any time.

How we use your data

Your data powers the experiences you rely on—growth playbooks, analytics, and collaboration. We never sell personal data or use it for unrelated advertising.

  • Authenticate your account and personalize recommendations.
  • Deliver product features, analytics dashboards, and automation.
  • Provide proactive support, onboarding, and security notifications.
  • Meet legal obligations, enforce our terms, and prevent misuse.

Sharing and disclosure

We limit access to trusted sub-processors who help us deliver core features. All partners undergo security reviews and sign data processing agreements.

  • Infrastructure providers (AWS, Vercel) with data residency controls.
  • Customer success tooling for in-app support and guided onboarding.
  • Payment processors to manage subscriptions and invoicing.
  • Legal or regulatory disclosures only when required and narrowly scoped.

Your privacy rights

We honor GDPR, CCPA, and other global privacy frameworks. Reach out to our privacy team to invoke any right, including access, portability, objection, or erasure.

  • Submit requests via privacy@nivyasa.com or the in-product portal.
  • Receive confirmation within one business day and resolution within 30 days.
  • Appoint a data protection officer or administrator to manage requests.
  • Appeal any decision—we will review and respond with additional context.
