Thank you for choosing Nivyasa Technologies. Nivyasa provides AI-powered content creation, scheduling, approval workflows, and LinkedIn automation tools for individuals, businesses, recruiters, founders, and teams. Because the platform provides immediate access to digital services upon subscription activation, all purchases are generally considered final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Because Nivyasa provides immediate access to AI tools, scheduling, and LinkedIn integrations upon activation, purchases are generally final and non-refundable.

1. Free Trial

Nivyasa may offer a free trial period on selected plans or promotional campaigns to help you evaluate the platform before purchasing.

  • The free trial is intended to allow users to evaluate the platform before purchasing.
  • No refund will be issued for subscriptions activated after the completion of the free trial period.
  • Nivyasa reserves the right to modify or discontinue free trial offers at any time.

2. Subscription Billing & Auto-Renewal

Nivyasa operates on a subscription-based billing model. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize recurring payments through supported payment gateways including Razorpay and other payment processors.

  • Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
  • Your payment method may be automatically charged on the renewal date.
  • Billing reminders or mandate notifications may be sent by Razorpay, your banking institution, or payment provider as applicable.
  • All fees are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) or other supported currencies displayed during checkout.
  • Applicable taxes including GST may be charged separately as per applicable laws.

3. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals only—your workspace and features remain active until the end of the already-paid billing period.

  • Cancellation requests may be processed through the Nivyasa dashboard/workspace settings, the account billing section, or by raising a support request through the official support system.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the next billing cycle.
  • Cancellation requests submitted after an automatic renewal charge has already been processed will apply to future billing cycles only.

4. Refund Policy

Except where required under applicable law, all payments made to Nivyasa are non-refundable. As Nivyasa provides instant access to digital software services, AI infrastructure, content workflows, scheduling systems, and LinkedIn integrations immediately after activation, service delivery begins upon subscription activation.

  • We do not provide refunds for partial usage periods, unused credits, unused scheduled posts, or team seat non-utilization.
  • Annual plans cancelled mid-cycle, change of mind, failure to use the platform, or user dissatisfaction arising from content performance, LinkedIn engagement, reach, impressions, follower growth, or business outcomes are not eligible for refunds.

5. Exceptional Refund Scenarios

Refunds or service credits may be reviewed at Nivyasa's sole discretion under limited circumstances.

  • Duplicate billing caused by system errors.
  • Proven technical failures preventing core platform access for an extended duration.
  • Unauthorized billing verified after investigation.
  • Billing issues must be reported within 30 days from the transaction date.
  • Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect depending on banking systems and payment processors.
  • Nivyasa reserves the right to deny refund requests where platform access, usage logs, API usage, LinkedIn integrations, or scheduling activity indicate active use of the platform.

6. LinkedIn Integration & User Responsibility

Nivyasa operates only after users voluntarily connect their LinkedIn accounts and authorize access permissions. Users remain solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, authenticity, compliance, and ownership of content posted through their LinkedIn accounts.

  • Content posted through the platform is selected, approved, scheduled, or authorized by the user.
  • Nivyasa does not create unauthorized posts on behalf of users.
  • WhatsApp approvals, scheduling confirmations, and workflow actions constitute user authorization.
  • Nivyasa shall not be liable for LinkedIn account restrictions, algorithm changes, reach fluctuations, engagement decline, account suspensions caused by user conduct, or violations of LinkedIn policies committed by users.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Users agree to first contact Nivyasa support for any billing disputes before initiating chargebacks with banks or payment providers.

  • Fraudulent, abusive, or unjustified chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of the workspace.
  • Such chargebacks may also lead to termination of platform access, permanent restriction from future services, and recovery actions for unpaid dues where legally permissible.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

Nivyasa reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without refund if users violate platform policies or misuse the service.

  • Violating platform policies, abusing automation systems, or using misleading or illegal content.
  • Attempting unauthorized scraping, exploitation, or reverse engineering.
  • Using the platform for spam, phishing, or fraudulent activity.
  • Misusing LinkedIn integrations contrary to platform guidelines.
